Reinheid is van essentieel belang voor een bedrijfszekere hydraulische installatie. Hycos beschikt over 2 spoelcontainers, die op lokatie wereldwijd worden ingezet bij revisie's en inbedrijfnames.

Vortex 500
The “Vortex 500” flushing system is equipped with E-motor driven pumps
and 2 pcs. flushing filters. Furthermore cooling facilities and a 1500 liter oil
tank.
It also includes a box with regular tools and test facilities for valves and manifolds.
The “Vortex 500” requires the following items to be arranged by the customer:
- Generator power 380 VAC 50 Hz 100 kVA for ±500 L/min capacity, or 440 VAC 60 Hz for ±600 L/min capacity.
- Hydraulic oil (approximately 1500 liter), which may be the oil for system use.
- Crane handling on location.
- Additional labour to setup the flushing loops.
Vortex 1000
The “Vortex 1000” flushing system is equipped with E-motor driven pumps,
4 pcs. flushing filters and off line micro filtration filters. Furthermore
cooling and heating facilities and a 2000 liter oil tank.
It also includes a box with regular tools and test facilities for valves and manifolds.
The “Vortex 1000” requires the following items to be arranged by the
customer;
- Generator power 380 VAC 50 Hz 150 kVA for ±850 L/min capacity, or 440 VAC 60 Hz for ±1000 L/min capacity.
- Hydraulic oil (approximately 2000 liter), which may be the oil for system use.
- Crane handling on location.
- Additional labour to setup the flushing loops.
